Leica SL2 recognized but no live view and camera controls do not work

Hello,
I just received my Benro Polaris and i was testing it with my Leica SL2-s. The system recognizes the camera name and displays the camera settings, however changing the settings in the app does not result in any update of the camera settings. Live view and shutter button are also not working. Can you please check? Connection type available for Leica is PTP mode.

I'm very interested in the Polaris as well for my Leica SL2-S, so I was wondering if you have had any update on the compatibility issue.

hi Maurizio,
I am Mattteo's wife and I can tell you that sadly there have been no updates. I do use it with the Leica as a simple star tracker, though
