Nikon Z7ii is not detected

Hello,
I connect the Nikon Z7ii with the USB C cable. In the app I only get the message that no camera is connected.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Does anyone use the Nikon Z7 with the Polaris?

I am having the same issue with my Nikon z7ii. The z9 works connects readily so it is not the usb cord. Has anyone had any luck connecting a z7ii to an android system (Samsung Galaxy)?

I too am having the exact same problem. I'm using a Nikon Z7ii, a Benro Polaris Astro edition, and a Samsung galaxy S7 edge. Any help at all would be most appreciated.

Apparently the problem is with the supplied cable. If you use an OTG cable together with the cable supplied with the Nikon needs 77ii, it works.

I have the same issue... It works with a generic USB-C to USB-A and the supplied USB-A receiver to USB-C.
I've ordered a couple of shorter USB-C to C and C to A from Amazon to see if they work.

I have the same problem,i test ather cable, all no detected, usb-c gen 4, usb-c gen 3. 1,usb-c gen2....
